Project Management
Our contracts Managers provide important liaison with the Client, Contractor and Architect, to co-ordinate the appropriate activities ensuring target dates are met and completion dates achieved.
Each new project is allocated a design team, to include a Contracts Manager, Design Co-ordinator and Draughtsman to lead the project closely through to completion. With accurate and concise commercial reporting throughout we aim to conclude financial matters swiftly to avoid ongoing costs for ourselves and our clients, both of whom are looking forward to the next project.
